At BEFIT we do not have bootcamps
or group fitness

We have group personal training.

The difference between a typical bootcamp or group exercise class is that it is basically a formatted choreographed class where the entire group more or less is doing the same thing. You show up, follow, and perform the motions that are being demonstrated or cued by the teacher. On the other hand, group personal training is different because of the exact word, personal. As group personal trainers we are different than an exercise instructor - we coach, mentor, and train.

In a group, people tend to give their best, and with BEFIT's fun, challenging environment fitness family and strong friendships are built among the participants. When people start exercising in a group, they establish bonds and make friends with other people in the group, that they will have long after the exercise program has ended. Each of us wants to belong to a group of like-minded individuals, which connects us to others who share similar traits and characteristics. Let’s face it, those of us who workout hard and strive to live a healthy lifestyle enjoy connecting with others who are committed to the same interests.

BEFIT's unique approach to training has created clients and members that have become die-hard fans who are more than dedicated to BEFIT's revolution of fitness.
